Oliver is a very useful place to start your research.
When you search Oliver you will find both print (books, journal articles, etc.) and electronic (websites, e-books, audiobooks, etc.) resources that you can use.
You can also look up some great books to read for pleasure. We have an extensive selection of fiction texts, which are regularly updated to include the latest popular new fiction.
In addition to our large collection of fiction texts, the Library also holds an extensive range of non-fiction resources, reference materials, picture books, magazines, newspapers, and journal articles.
Plus, the Library also subscribes to a resource called WebLinks. This means that academic websites that are connected to your subject areas are added onto Oliver each month. These sites appear in your search results when you search the collection using FEDERATED SEARCH . What’s more, these websites are checked by teachers and librarians, so you know that they are not only current, but also reliable sources of information.
As well as being able to search all existing collections, the Oliver homepage contains a great range of other valuable information including links to other study resources. Some of the available information is shown below.
